TRX2 DDS Gerber files

Hello everybody
I want to build the juma trx2a and I thank OH2NLT and OH7SV who made the gerber files available and of course also for all the work done.
I am encountering a problem with the trx2-dds-B.zip file that I would like to have created by JLCPCB.
they block production and send me the following message:
bottom copper layer is deformed, please kindly fix and reupload.
Has anyone had this problem and if so how was it resolved?
Not being a PCB professional, I am asking for your help.

Hello,

I checked the trx2-dds-B Gerber files. I looked like there was a conflict between mils and mm. It is now fixed.
See the attached zipped Gerber files trx2-dds-B.zip
It is also now updated to http://www.jumaradio.com/juma/juma-geber-files.html
